How to make sure your customers have paid for classes.

There are a few different ways to tell whether someone has a pass.

1. From a customer account. All passes, tickets, and memberships will appear in the Active & Pending Passes section.

2. On a class details page, while a customer has a pending reservation. Before attendance is taken, any customers without a pass or ticket are flagged as Needs Pass.

3. On a class details page while marking attendance. After marking attendance, we'll show you which pass was applied to the attendance. Click here for more information on taking attendance and changing the pass assigned.

4. In the Reports section, within the Active Passes Report. This report lists current, active passes and is searchable by pass and keyword, including customer names!

Requiring payment before allowing reservations

If you want to require payment to be made before reservations can be made you can do that by updating your settings to require customers have a pass to book or by setting up tickets for the class.

Or you can leave some of those settings disabled so students can book online freely and then pay on the day of class!
