With Family Accounts, customers can make reservations for themselves and their children, right from their account!

As an admin user or restricted user, you have the option to make individual reservations, reservations across multiple classes, and standing reservations for children.

Who can use this feature?

Family accounts are supported with Banyan and Redwood Punchpass plans. This feature is automatically available to all eligible accounts.

How do my Customers Make a Reservation for Their Child?

To make a reservation for a child, the parent will need to be signed into Punchpass.

They'll then navigate to the class and see the option to reserve the spot for themselves, or any of their children.

And if they've already made one reservation for a class, they'll see the current reservations listed.

Customers can review the upcoming reservations for themselves and their children by clicking on the My Reservations button at the top of the schedule.

If there are reservations for a child, we add a flag with the child's name:

What if I have an open booking form, no sign-in required?

Booking a child requires a customer to be signed into their account.

If someone books a child through the open booking form, this will create a new customer account that will need to be tidied up.

How do I Add a Reservation for a Child from the Admin Side?

From the customer's account, you can click +Reservation:

Then use the dropdown to select which person on the account the reservation is for:

After you select the person, select the class, and save the reservation. The reservation will be listed in the customer's account and flagged with the child's name:

From the class page, you will see the Child's name with their parent's name in parenthesis on the class list:
