How to assign a Discount Code to an Unpaid Pass
You've assigned a pass to a customer and need to apply a discount code to the pass.
Step 1: Navigate to the customer account and select the unpaid pass.
Step 2: From the Pass Details page, please select the "Apply Discount" button.
Step 3: A pop-up window with the available discount codes for the pass appears. Select the appropriate discount and press the "Apply Discount" button.
Step 4: The discount code is now applied to the pass and the price is updated to reflect the discounted amount.
You're now ready to process payment for the pass!
