This report is an important tool for improving customer happiness, retention, and organizational performance.

What is the Expired & Full Passes report?

The Expired & Full Passes report enables you to see the number of attendances per pass, including memberships for all expired and full passes. Each column of the report is sortable, just click on the heading.

You can also export the data into your preferred spreadsheet software for easier calculations.

The report includes the following information:

  • Filtering by pass and membership, or a combination of both,

  • Pass name,

  • Purchase date,

  • Expiry date,

  • Customer name,

  • Number of attendances,

  • Number of punches left (if applicable)

How can you use the Expired & Full Pass Report data?

Identify Usage Patterns: Gain insights into when and how often members use their memberships, helping to tailor services and schedules to meet their preferences.

Enhance Member Engagement: Develop targeted programs and activities based on attendance trends, increasing member satisfaction and participation.

For example, if data shows that attendance spikes during specific times of the year or on certain days, you can schedule more events or classes during those periods to maximize customer satisfaction and participation.

Improve Retention Strategies: Identify members with low attendance, enabling personalized outreach to re-engage and retain them.

By pinpointing members with low attendance and using automation, you can offer personalized incentives, support, or alternative programs to encourage higher engagement.

The Automations feature in Punchpass allows you to target customers who have purchased a pass or membership and also those who purchased a pass, but haven’t attended, and more!
