In Punchpass, there are a few ways for customers to access content that has been added to the Content Library:
- By signing into your customer account, clicking the Content Library link from the navigation. 
- By signing in to your customer account, clicking on My Reservations for pre-recorded classes that you have booked. 
How to Access Content in the Content Library on Desktop Devices
- Log into Your Punchpass Account: From the public schedule for your studio, press 'Sign In' or 'Create an Account' if you don't have a login yet. 
- From the Punchpass navigation, click on Content Library link to access the videos and files you have access to: 
- Enjoy! The videos within each collection are displayed by date, with the most recent video appearing first.

How to Access Content in the Content Library on Mobile Devices
When using Punchpass on a mobile device, the navigation is slightly different:
- Log into Your Punchpass Account: Sign in to access your personal content. 
- Use the Menu Button: Tap the three-line "hamburger" menu to open navigation options. 
- Select Content Library: Tap on the Content Library option to view available content. 
- Enjoy! Browse through the available content collections. 
How to Access Pre-Recorded Classes Through 'My Reservations'
To access pre-recorded classes, follow these steps:
- Log into Your Punchpass Account: Ensure you've logged into your account before proceeding. 
- Book the Desired Pre-Recorded Class: Booking is mandatory to unlock access to the video content. 
- Use 'My Reservations' to View Bookings: Pre-recorded classes appear like in-person classes, to access them click on the 'My Reservations' button and then click the class name. Videos appear when pre-recorded classes are scheduled to begin.
