Yes, you can set a pass with a range of prices!

Note: Passes with a sliding-scale range are not compatible with discount codes.

Here is a quick demo explaining donation passes:

Creating a Price Range for Passes

First, head to Manage > Passes to create a new pass (or edit an existing pass).

Define the pass settings:

  1. Set the pass to sell online (requires Stripe integration).

  2. Toggle "Are donations accepted for this pass?" to ON.

  3. Set the minimum and maximum prices for the pass (whole numbers only, the minimum cannot be 0).

From your purchase a pass page, your pass will be listed along with the payment range:

Customers will use the dropdown to select the amount they wish to pay. If you add tax to pass purchases in your account, the tax will be included in the pass price:

Assigning a Sliding Scale Pass from the Admin side

To assign a customer a sliding scale or donation pass, from the customer account, click on the Assign Pass button.

When assigning the pass, you'll use the dropdown menu to select the price.

If the desired price is not listed in the dropdown, you can edit the price when addressing the payment.

  • Make sure to indicate that payment has not been received for the pass,

  • Then select the Assign Pass Then Edit It button.

You'll then be able to edit the price. Press Save.
