You can use Punchpass to assign and track memberships that are paid outside of credit card payments via Stripe!

Membership Passes Marked Paid or Unpaid?

Under Manage Settings > General Settings, you can choose if you want non-Stripe memberships to be marked automatically as paid or unpaid, unpaid is the default:

If you wish to use Punchpass to accurately track received payments for memberships, we recommend setting the memberships to issue as UNPAID. You will want to use the Memberships Report to track your unpaid membership passes and keep up with your member's payment status:

Punchpass will also alert you to an unpaid membership during attendance:

However, if you are receiving payment regularly from your members and do not wish to manually track this in Punchpass, you may prefer to select to mark passes issued from memberships as PAID.
