By default, classes you add to Punchpass appear on your public schedule where anyone can view them and book a spot. If you'd rather keep a class private, visible only to you and your staff, you can turn this off.
Note: This is set at the course/class level, where the settings for each class are defined, so it applies to all class times generated from that class definition, not just a single instance on the calendar.
How to Hide Classes from the Public Schedule
1. Select the class. From Manage > Classes, select the class from your Active Class list.
2. Open the class for editing. From the class overview page, click the Actions dropdown and click Edit.
3. Turn off public visibility and decide on reservations. Turn off "Show this class on my public schedule" to hide the class from your public calendar.
If you don't want anyone to be able to book it at all, also turn off "Accept reservations for this class."
If you'd like to keep the class hidden from the public but still allow a private group to book via a direct link, leave (or turn on) the option to "Accept reservations for this class".
Press Save.
4. Add your class times. You'll then add class times to your schedule for the desired times as usual.
Still Want to Share the Class with a Select Group?
Unlisted classes can still be reserved online if you adjust the class's reservation settings. Keep the class set to not show on the public schedule and turn on the setting to "Accept reservations for this class."
From there, navigate to the individual class page to copy the direct link, and share that link with your private audience.
Anyone with the link will be able to view and potentially book the class, even though it won't appear on your public schedule, so only share it with the people you want to have access.
