When you move off the waitlist and get assigned a ticket for a workshop or class, you'll need to complete your payment to secure your spot. Here's how to pay for your unpaid ticket in Punchpass.
What Happens When You Move Off a Waitlist
Once you've been moved off the waitlist and assigned a ticket, the system will automatically send you an email notification that includes:
Confirmation of your unpaid ticket
A direct payment link
Additional details about your reservation
How to Pay for Your Ticket
Option 1: Use the email payment link
Check your email for the notification about your unpaid ticket and click the payment link provided. Here's an example:
Option 2: Pay directly in Punchpass
If you can't find the email or you're already logged into Punchpass:
Click on the My Reservations button
Look under Reservations and Upcoming Classes
Click on the name of the class where you have the unpaid ticket listed
Follow the prompts to complete your payment
