Saving your card makes future purchases faster and more convenient. Instead of entering your payment details every time you buy a pass or ticket, you can complete checkout with just one click. Your studio can also use your saved card to automatically complete payment for any unpaid passes on your account.
What Does "Save Card" Mean?
When you select the to option "Save Card" at checkout, Stripe securely stores your card as your default payment method. Punchpass never stores your actual credit card number. Instead, we use a secure reference from Stripe for future transactions.
How to Save a Card for Future Purchases
You can save a payment card in two ways:
During checkout: When purchasing a pass or ticket, click on the link to add a saved card during checkout. This will take you to your account settings where you can add or update a saved card.
From your customer account: Sign in to your Punchpass account, click on your name (desktop) or the Account link (mobile) from the navigation at the top of the page.
Next, click on the Saved Card tab, and add or update the card on file for future use.
Using the Card on File at Checkout
Note: You can only have one card on file at a time. Saving a new card will replace your previous one.
Once you have a card on file, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout. Your studio can also use your saved card to complete payment for any unpaid passes on your account.
Managing the Card on File
To remove your card on file: Go to your account settings, select the Saved Card tab, and click Remove next to your saved card.
To update your card on file: Save a new card during checkout or from your account settings. This will automatically replace your current card on file.
Important Details
Saved cards work for pass and ticket purchases only (not memberships)
Using Stripe Link at checkout doesn't automatically save your card in Punchpass
