Punchpass offers multiple tools to manage your customer list. Using our Archive Customers Report, you can identify inactive and bounced customers and archive them. This is a great way to tidy up your active list and prevent customers who are no longer with your studio from receiving general announcements!
Note: Customers on your archived list won't receive any email announcements sent to everyone on your active list!
If an archived customer purchases a pass, they'll automatically be moved back to your Active list.
How to Archive Multiple Customers at Once
Navigate to Customers > Bulk Actions. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll see the Mass Archive Customers section. Click the button to open the Archive Customers Report.
2. The Archive Customers Report shows information about your customers, including:
when a person's last attendance was
whether the customer has a bounced email
You can sort the list by clicking on the column headings. For example, click the last attendance date column to see who hasn't attended a class recently.
Note: Customers who hold an active pass won't appear in this report, since they're still considered active.
3. Check the box next to each customer you'd like to archive, then press the Archive Selected Customers button.
4. You'll be prompted to confirm the action with a "Mark these customers as archived, really?" popup.
Once you confirm, those customers are immediately removed from your active list (though their records aren't deleted, they can always be made active again).
What happens if an Archived Customer comes back to the studio or wants to purchase a pass?
When a customer purchases a pass, they'll automatically be moved back to the Active Customers list.
You can also manually make an account active again by clicking on the customer's name from the Archived Customers list and pressing the Make Active Again button.
