What information you can share with an external calendar
Class feeds
Subscribe to a calendar with all of your studio classes and series. This calendar displays all classes for a studio with the exception of private sessions and appointments.
Instructor feeds
When you're an instructor, it's helpful to have a private calendar with just your classes. This calendar subscription includes all of the classes you're teaching, private sessions, and appointments with at least one reservation.
If you're an instructor and you'd like to share your public class schedule with your customers, at the bottom of this article you'll find instructions on sharing a public class schedule.
Create a one-way subscription
Calendar Feeds create a calendar subscription, a one-way sync of classes to your favorite third-party calendar.
A one-way subscription sends your classes to a third-party calendar without receiving any information from that outside calendar. Everyone who is subscribed to this calendar will see the same class information.
This means you can view your classes in an outside calendar, but any changes or adjustments to classes made in that calendar won’t be imported into your Punchpass class schedule.
It's not possible to use a calendar sync option to send classes back to Punchpass.
Please note: The calendar refresh rate will be determined by the calendar tool you use.
Select your preferred calendar feed in Punchpass
Navigate to Schedule > Calendar Feeds.
Click on the name of the calendar feed to download the calendar .ICS file OR select the option copy [the link] to your clipboard to import the calendar using a link.
To add a calendar subscription to Google Calendar using the downloaded .ICS file:
On your computer, open Google Calendar.
On the left, in the "Other calendars" section, click the "+" button to Add a Calendar.
Select the "Create a New Calendar" option, name your new calendar, and press the Create Calendar button.
This will take you back to your calendar.
You're going to once again navigate to the "Other calendars" section and click the "+" button to Add a Calendar, this time select the "Import" option.
Select your newly created calendar as the desired location and upload the file.
The calendar will now appear in your list of calendars.

Troubleshooting
How do I share a public class calendar or instructor calendar with my customers?
If you navigate the public schedule for your studio, you can share all of your classes with your customers using the public link.
If you'd like to share only the classes for one instructor, from the public view of your Schedule, use the dropdown menu to select the instructor, and copy the resulting browser link. This link is a direct, filtered view of only their classes!
