If you want to collect a phone number anytime a student reserves a spot or buys a pass, you can turn this on in your Online Reservation Settings.
Go to Manage > Settings > Online Reservations
Look for the option to require a phone number to book or purchase a pass
Save your changes.
Once active, students will be prompted to enter a phone number before they can complete a reservation or purchase.
Collected phone numbers will appear in each customer’s account under the Info tab.
