How to Show or Hide the Children Column in Reports (Family Accounts)

If your account is using Family Accounts, you have the option to display a Children column in your customer reports. This makes it easy to see which customers have children linked to their account.

To Show or Hide the Children Column:

  1. Go to Manage > Settings > General Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Family Settings section.

  3. Look for the option labeled Always display children names in customer list

  4. Use the checkbox to turn this setting on or off.

  5. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

When enabled, the Children column will appear in reports like your Active Customers list.
