Sharing your class schedule and selling passes online through social media helps you reach more clients. You can easily post your Punchpass schedule link on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, allowing clients to view your schedule and purchase passes directly.
Ways to Share Your Business with Facebook
1. Add a Button to your Facebook Page
You can add a button that links to your Punchpass schedule from your Facebook business page.
Copy the link to your Punchpass-hosted pages. Quickly copy it by visiting the Home page and clicking the Public Schedule button.
You can customize this URL as well, click here to learn how!
Go to your Facebook Page’s cover photo and click Add Action Button.
Name your button; we recommend "Sign Up".
Enter your Punchpass URL, click Save, then click Finish.
For more detailed steps, please see this guide from Facebook
2. Share Your Schedule and Pin a Post with Facebook
You can share your schedule as a status update and pin it to the top of your page. You can add your own wording at the top to say whatever you prefer.
To set this up, you start by going to Manage Settings > Public Web Pages. Here, you can upload a custom photo that will appear with the post.
Once you've done that, you'll want to visit your Punchpass public schedule. You can quickly visit your public schedule by clicking on the Home page > Public Schedule button.
Scroll down to the bottom of your public schedule and you'll see a Facebook share button. Click the Share on Facebook to create a post with a link to your schedule on Facebook.
If you want to keep your schedule right at the top of your page, you can pin it there. That way, your customers will always see it right away & be able to access your upcoming schedule right from your Facebook page.
3. Selling Passes Directly from Facebook
From your public schedule, copy the link from your Purchase a Pass page.
Share the link in a Facebook post or add it to your business page’s Shop Now or Learn More button for easy access.
Sharing Your Business with Instagram
Instagram is a great place to engage visually with potential clients. Since you can only have one clickable link in your profile, we recommend using a service like Linktree to make multiple links easily accessible.
Please note: Instagram's browser doesn't support Google sign-in. This isn't only a Punchpass thing, it impacts everyone! This is why we recommend using a service like Linktree to share links as it prompts people to open links in their favorite browser.
Add a Link to Your Bio
We use Linktree to share multiple links, but you can also share a direct link to your Punchpass schedule.
Use Instagram Stories and Highlights
You can share your offers on Instagram in so many ways, but here are a couple of our favorites. Check out the Punchpass Instagram account for more inspiration!
Share your schedule link in Instagram Stories by typing out the link and directing viewers to your bio for the live link.
Save this Story to your Highlights with a name like “Workshops" or “Meet our Team” for ongoing visibility.
