New Feature Alert! Starting August 2024, you can move a reservation to any date in the future.

Sometimes a customer would like to change their reservation to another session. Punchpass allows you to move reservations to another scheduled time using the Move tool.


Moving a Reservation

If a customer needs to reschedule their class, you can easily move their reservation to another date or class. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Access the Customer's Reservation

  1. Click on the Customers tab in the navigation.

  2. Find the customer and click on their name to view their profile.

  3. Under the Reservations in Upcoming Classes section, locate the class reservation you want to move. Click on the class name.

Step 2: Use the Move Tool

From the Class Details page, click the three-dot icon next to the customer's name, and select the Move option.



This opens the Edit Reservation page, where you can pick a class in the future to move the reservation, without issuing a refund.

Select the Date Range for the Future Class

Select the date range for future class times and press the Set Range button to display a list of future class dates.

Select the Future Class and Time

From the list of classes, choose an option and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Confirm the Change

After selecting the new class, confirm the change by clicking Move Reservation.

The reservation will be updated, and if you've elected to send an email confirmation, the customer will be automatically notified of the change.

Additional Notes

  • If the class you're moving the reservation to is full, you will be notified and given the option to add the customer to the waitlist.

  • Make sure to double-check the date and time selected in the customer account to avoid any scheduling conflicts.


Moving Series Reservations

If you're using our Series feature for classes, at this time, customers are unable to move these reservations on their own. Here's how to assist your customers in managing their reservations.


Transfer the Series Reservation to another Series

If your customer would like to switch to a different series, head to the customer's account Info tab and scroll down to their reservation. From the Actions dropdown, select the option Transfer Series Reservations to Another Series:

You will be given the option to select another Series based on the same Class Type. Select the Series you wish to move them to, then click Move Reservations:
