With Punchpass you can either DELETE a customer, or ARCHIVE a customer. Here's how.....

To DELETE a customer, find the customer's name in the Customer list and click on it and go to the Info tab. If the customer has no passes, no class attendances, and no class reservations, you can click More and then Delete Customer.

If the customer has history in Punchpass (i.e. has bought a pass or attended a class) you cannot delete the customer, but you can archive them. That gets the customer off of your active customer list. The archive link is in the exact same spot as the Delete link in the Customer's account.
