You can now set your recurring classtimes as online classes, instead of marking them individually!

This article covers turning recurring, in-person class times into online classes either using the Zoom integration with Punchpass or using your favorite service for hosting online classes.

And regardless of which option you choose, when a class is set to be online, Punchpass will automatically email your customers a reminder with the link approximately 20 minutes before class begins.

Your customers will also find the links to join in their customer accounts.

Turn recurring, in-person class times into online classes (Zoom integration)

When using the Zoom integration with Punchpass, unique Zoom links for each class will be automatically created 2 weeks in advance.

From Manage Classes, click on the class name, then click Manage the Schedule.

Next to the class time you wish to adjust, click Edit.

Click the Turn class into an online class button.

With the Zoom integration connected, you'll see the following prompt. Click the toggle the class time to be online and click Save.

Now, this class time will be set as online!

Turn recurring, in-person class times into online classes (using a custom link)

When using a custom link, each recurring class time that you turn online will use the same link. Here's more information on using your favorite service to host online classes.

To set up a class with the same meeting link each week, first head to Manage Classes, click on the class name, and click Manage the Schedule.

Next to the class time you wish to adjust, click Edit:

Click the Turn class into an online class button, then toggle the class ON and click Save.

When the Zoom integration isn't connected, you'll see the following prompt. Click the toggle the class time to be online, enter your preferred link to host this online class, and click Save.

Your class time will now be set up as an online class with the same link for each class.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not using the Zoom integration. I have a substitute teacher coming in and I want to change the link for one of my online classes; can I change it?

Yes! Navigate to the specific class details page, press the Actions dropdown, and select the option to Edit Class.

And you can change the link for the individual class time. Press Save or Update Class to confirm the changes.
