Punchpass has a number of features to help you manage your pass expiration dates and also make changes to multiple memberships.

In this guide, we'll explore how to change the expiration date.

Setting the expiration date

Note: This feature will impact all active passes that already have an expiration date. This will not impact memberships or passes set to Never Expire. You will not be able to undo this action, so be sure you are confident in your date selection.

If you need to update all active passes to expire on a certain date, head to Manage > Passes, click the Actions dropdown, and select the Bulk Edit Active Pass End Date option.

From this page, scroll down to the Expire All Active Passes on a Specific Date section. Select the date and click Set Active Passes Expiration Date when you are ready.

After updating the pass expiration dates, your customers will not be notified; but you may wish to send them an email about the change.

Punchpass will confirm the change.

And in the customer account, a note will also be added to indicate the expiration date was changed.
