If you need to pause all your active memberships for any reason here is how:

  1. Visit the Memberships Report (click on Reports, then Memberships)
  2. At the bottom of the Active Memberships list, there is a form to pause all active memberships.

To pause all active memberships immediately, just choose todays date.  You can also mark all the memberships to pause at any date in the future.  When the membership is actually paused, Punchpass will send an alert to your customer letting them know.

Remember - when a membership is paused, Punchpass saves how many active days are left on the current pass.  So when the membership is re-activated the customer just starts off right where they were when it was paused.
