With Punchpass, you can easily track payments in-person for Passes!

First, you will want to turn on payment tracking. Head to Manage Account > Account Settings > General Settings and check the track payment status box indicated below:

When a client wishes to purchase a pass in person, head to their account and click Assign a Pass:

Be sure to leave the box checked to mark payment received if that is correct. Then use the dropdown to select the payment method and click Save to finish:
