Punchpass matches customer accounts based on the email address. You may have a situation where a current customer uses a DIFFERENT email to sign up for a customer account. The result is you'll have a duplicate customer in your customer list - and you customer will wonder why none of their account history/ passes are listed in their new account. Here's how to fix it...

Use the Merge feature to combine the two accounts. Punchpass will see that one account has a login, and will preserve that information. Your customer doesn't have to do anything.

What if a member login is linked to the WRONG account - for example a daughter is linked to Mother's account? 

You can go into the Punchpass customer profile & delete the member login -- this will disconnect the wrong login from that Punchpass customer.

The customer can then re-establish their login correctly.
