Do you have a customer who has asked you to NOT email them? Here is how to prevent Punchpass from sending them emails by mistake.

1 - Go to the customer's account on Punchpass and click the Edit link just under their name.

2 - Check the 'Do Not Email' box in the bottom left of the Edit page.

3 - Click Update Customer

That's it - you will see an orange 'Marked as Do Not Email' flag right under their email address in their account.

NOTE - Punchpass will still send the customer an email if they register for a class OR if they purchase a pass online. Those are customer created events and you cannot turn those email receipts off.
