You can email groups of customers right from Punchpass whenever you like.

You choose a group of customers, or all customers, to email with the checkboxes. (Don't forget you can sort the list by clicking on the column headers.) Then click the Email Selected Customers button to show the form to write your email. Click send and you're done!

Every customer receives an individual email, so you don't have to worry about exposing your customer's email addresses. 

Punchpass will also send you a summary email showing the message and listing all of the customers it was sent to.

You can find a Client Messages report in Punchpass that provides great details about each message that you sent manually, including the text of the email you crafted.  So you can review and copy messages you've sent before.  We also provide some basic stats about each of these emails so you can make sure your emails were were delivered and opened.

This functionality is available to admin & mid-level users on all Punchpass plans. The functionality to send custom emails is available in Customer, Pass, and Reservations Reports.
