You can email groups of customers right from Punchpass whenever you like.
You choose a group of customers, or all customers, to email with the checkboxes. (Don't forget you can sort the list by clicking on the column headers.) Then click the Compose button to show the form to write your email. Click send and you're done!
Every customer receives an individual email, so you don't have to worry about exposing your customer's email addresses. Punchpass will also send you a summary report showing the message and listing all of the customers it was sent to - so you have something for your records.
This functionality is available to admin & mid-level users on all Punchpass plans. This functionality is available on all of the Customer reports (all available from the View Customers screen) as well as the Expired/Expiring Passes report.
