You can quickly send an email to all the people in a specific class.

Emailing Customers from a Class Page

Simply go to the class detail page, and click the blue "Email Everyone" button (see below).

This works exactly the same as email in other parts of Punchpass - click the button to show the email form, fill out the subject line and message, and click send. Done! Every attendee and reservation will receive an individual email.

This allows you to quickly reach all the people who have reserved spots in a class (for example - if you need to cancel it.)

You can also email everyone after class is over!

Each student will get an individual copy of the email (as though you sent it just to them), there's no way for them to see any other email addresses.

Email All Attendees for a Class

Looking for an easy way to email everyone who attended a specific class? You'll want to navigate to the Reports section, to Attendances by Class/ Date report.

This report allows you to set a date range, select specific classes, and then email people from the report results. Here's a link to that report: https://app.punchpass.com/attendances/attendance_reports/class_details

Working with the Attendance by Class/ Date Report

Here's how to use the Attendances by Class/ Date Report:

1. Choose your classes, select a date range for your results, and press the "Run Report" button.

2. Select the customers you'd like to email and press the Email Customers button.

You have the option to select individual customers or all of the customers. (The Email Customers button becomes active when someone is selected.)

3. When you press the Email Customers button, this opens a message composition window. Write your message and press Send. That's it!
