The Sales Details Report shows a summary of total sales for every pass, ticket, gift card, and membership you sell - both the number of sold and the total revenue. It's a quick way to see how each offer is performing!

Note: Accessing the Reports section of Punchpass requires users to have Admin-level access.

Access the Sales Details Report

From the Reports section of Punchpass, select Sales Details.

The report is generated for the current month, but you can adjust the date range.

Adjust the date range to filter the report information

To adjust the date range, click on the calendar icon.

This opens a pop-up window, where you'll want to select your dates and then press the Apply button.

  1. Select your dates bu typing them into into the text box or by using the selection tools.

  2. Once you have your desired dates in place, press the Apply button to define the date range.

Back on the report screen, you'll now press the Set Range button to run the report for the selected date range.

Working with the Sales Details Report

Here is some of the information the Sales Details Report can provide:

Summary by Pass

Review and sort your business sales by offer, including memberships, passes, gift cards, and tickets.

Summary by Payment Method

A high-level look at how your customers paid for their purchases. And if you're seeing unpaid passes, check out our guide to tracking pass payments and our guide to tracking membership payments.

Tracking Pass Purchases

In this report, there is also a searchable section to review pass purchases that can be sorted by customer, pass, purchase date, and more.

Tracking Sales Information for Deleted Passes

If you're using our Stripe integration to track pass sales, on the Home page of your Punchpass account, you'll find a link to the Online Purchases with Stripe Report.

This report allows you to search all of your Stripe transactions, including those passes or tickets that might have been deleted.
