In Punchpass, there are two ways to see if a customer has a login:

  • From the Customer Account;

  • And from the Customer Logins report.

Check if a Customer has a Login from their Account

Navigate to the customer account.

You'll see this green notice on a customer's profile when a customer has set up their password & can log into their account. You can also click Customer Logins to view the entire list of customers with logins.

If a customer's profile doesn't show a green notice under their name, they have not set up their login account yet. You can invite them right from here so they receive an email invitation (or they can initiate the login from your public schedule).

If your customer has a log in and is having trouble signing in, please see this guide for troubleshooting tips!

Use the Customer Logins Report

Navigate to the Customers section of your account and select the Customer Logins tab.

This report will tell you:

  • The email address.

  • The date the customer login was created. A customer is considered to have a login when they create a password for their account.

    When a customer signs up to create an account or when you create an account for them and send the invitation link, they receive an email to complete the account creation process and set up a password.

  • Account confirmed. If the customer has completed the account creation process and created a password, they then are identified as having a confirmed account.

Need to up update your customer's email address?

Navigate to the customer account, select the Info tab, and press the "Edit Info" button.

Update the email address and "Save."

The customer will now log in with the updated email address.
