Admin-level users can archive multiple customers at once. This is a great way to tidy up your active list and prevent customers who are no longer with your studio from receiving general announcements!

Note: Customers on your archived list won't receive any email announcements sent to everyone on your active list!

How to archive multiple customers at once

Navigate the Archived Customers list by selecting Customers and select Archived.

At the top of the Archived Customers list is a link to archive multiple customers. (click it!)

This opens the Archiving Customers page, where you'll see some information about your customers, including:

  • when a person's last attendance was,

  • and whether they have an active pass.

Select the customers you'd like to archive

You can sort the list by clicking on the headings, for example, click on the last attendance date to see who has never attended a class.

To archive all you need to do is select the customers from the list and press the Archive Selected Customers button.

There is currently no way to mass 'un-archive' customers, you'll need to do that one at a time. So proceed carefully!

What happens if an Archived Customer comes back to the studio or wants to purchase a pass?

When a customer purchases a pass, they'll automatically be move back to the Active Customer list.

You can also manually make an account active again by clicking on the customer's name from the Archived Customers list and pressing the button to Make Active Again.
