View Your Account History as a Customer

Reviewing class attendances and full/expired passes from your customer account

As a customer, you can easily view your account history in Punchpass, including your previous classes, expired and fully used passes, and profile details. This guide will walk you through the steps to access this information.

1. Log In to Your Account

First, log in to your Punchpass account using your email address and password. If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.


2. Accessing Your Account Information

Once logged in, click on the "My Profile" (desktop) or "Account" (mobile) and follow these steps to view different parts of your account history:


View and Update Your Profile

  1. Click on the My Profile section.

  2. Here, you can review your personal details, such as your name, email address, phone number, emergency contact information, health notes, and any other information you provided when creating your account.

  3. To update any of your profile information, click on the field and make the necessary changes, then click the Update Account button to update your details.

  4. If your studio uses waivers, you'll also see the option to download the current waiver form.


View Previous Class and Past Series History

  1. Click on the Class History or the Past Series section.

  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all the classes you've attended, including the date and time of each session.

View Expired and Fully Used Passes

  1. Click on the Expired & Full Passes section.

  2. Here, you’ll find a list of all your active, expired, and fully used passes and memberships.

    • Expired Passes: These are passes that have passed their expiration date without being fully used.

    • Fully Used Passes: These are passes that have been completely used up, either because all the credits were used or the pass has expired.

Manage Children (Optional)

  1. If your studio uses Family Accounts, you'll have the Children section visible on your customer account.

  2. You can add children to your account by clicking Add Child.

  3. Edit and delete the information for existing children on your account by clicking the corresponding actions.

Access Waivers

  1. Click on the Waivers section.

  2. Here, you’ll find a list of all the waivers you have signed while a customer with this studio. You can download any signed waivers.

  3. If your account has children, you'll be able to download any waivers you've signed for them as well.

By following these steps, you can easily stay on top of your class history, pass usage, and profile details. Keeping track of your progress and managing your account is a breeze with Punchpass!
