How do I switch between my accounts?

Stuck on one side of Punchpass? Here's how to get where you want to go!

If you are an admin or instructor at a studio, you may also attend as a customer and use the same email to log into both sides of Punchpass!

You'll want to sign into Punchpass, either through the app at https://app.punchpass.com or by clicking the Sign In button at the top of your studio's public schedule - demo example.

These steps can also apply to customers who go to multiple studios using Punchpass!

Changing Accounts without Multiple Sign-ins

When you are logged in as a customer and want to switch to the admin side or access a different studio, click your profile name and select the "Change Studio" option.

Then you'll see the page where you can select which account you wish to access and can select the management side or a different studio as a customer:

When you are logged into the admin side, you can also click on your name and Change Studio to access this selection page:

Saving your Login Credentials

If you want to default logging into the admin side of Punchpass initially each time, you'll want to check on your browser's saved passwords and settings. Here is what we recommend:

  1. Go into your browser's saved passwords and remove anything with Punchpass

  2. Head to https://app.punchpass.com and login, selecting your instructor account.

  3. Save the password when prompted as this will prompt the browser to auto-direct to the admin side.
