Looking for an easy way to showcase all your series offerings in one place? Punchpass has you covered with a ready-made series landing page!

This page lets your clients view and sign up for any ongoing or upcoming series in just a few clicks. By directing clients to your series landing page, you make it simple for them to browse your unique programs, and with just a little setup, you can ensure they always know about your latest series offers.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through generating your series landing page, adding it to your Punchpass schedule, and sharing it with your clients.

Who can use this feature?

Series are supported with Banyan and Redwood Punchpass plans. This feature is automatically available to all eligible accounts.

Since Punchpass automatically generates a landing page for all your series offerings, setting up and sharing your series landing page is incredibly straightforward. Here's how to make the most of this feature:

Ways to Share a Series Landing Page

1. Locate Your Series Landing Page URL

Your series landing page is automatically created by Punchpass and can be accessed by adding /series to the end of your unique Punchpass URL. Here’s how to find it:

  • If your main Punchpass URL is something like https://yourstudio.punchpass.com, then your series landing page will be at https://yourstudio.punchpass.com/series.

  • Simply test this by typing the URL into your browser, and you should see a list of all your available series.

2. Add the Series Landing Page Link to Your Punchpass Schedule

To make this page accessible to your clients, you can add a link to your series page directly in the class schedule header on Punchpass.

  • Go to Manage > Settings > Public Schedule.

  • Scroll down to the text box to add a message to the top of the schedule, and add a message like:

"Interested in our ongoing programs? See a list of all the series we run here."

  • Replace the link with https://yourstudio.punchpass.com/series with your actual Punchpass URL.

  • This message will appear at the top of your class schedule, making it easy for clients to find all your series offerings in one place.

3. Share the Series Landing Page Link

Now that you have a dedicated URL for your series offerings, you can promote it in a variety of ways:

  • Email Campaigns – Include the link in your newsletters or dedicated emails to highlight any upcoming or popular series.

  • Social Media – Share the link on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, encouraging followers to check out your series offerings.

  • On-Site Promotion – If you have a physical space, display the URL or a QR code linking to the page for customers to access via their smartphones.

4. Keep Your Clients Informed

Since this page updates automatically with each new series you add to Punchpass, there’s no need for ongoing updates on your end. However, it’s a good idea to periodically remind clients about your series offerings through announcements or your social media channels.

How the Series Landing Page Appears to Customers

The series landing page automatically updates with new series offers, so you don't have to worry about making any changes, just share away!

Here's an example of a Series Landing page. Customers can click the See Available Series button to see each series created from a particular class.

In this example, we have two series created from the Strength & Conditioning classes.
